    We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


     

    Eligibility for returns

     


    To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

    If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your package.

    Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

    Damages and issues

     


    Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

     


     

     

    Exceptions / non-returnable items

     


    Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

     

    • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)

    • Custom or personalized products

    • Personal care or hygiene-related goods

    • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

     


    We do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

    Exchanges

     


    The fastest way to ensure you get the item you want is to return the original item.

    Once the return is approved, you can place a new order separately.

     


     

     

    European Union 14-day cooling-off period

     


    If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, in accordance with EU consumer protection law.


    Returned items must be in the same condition as received, unused, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.

     


     

     

    Refunds

     


    We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and inform you whether the refund is approved.


    If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

    Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
